Well, my first game wasn’t a total bust. I think we agreed it was a draw (although technically it was a win for him because I forgot that I had two ravagers in the list and didn’t even bring the second Ravager with me).
I didn’t take pictures or anything because I’m not as cool or as nice as Brent is (I’ll actually start doing battle reports in time, I just didn’t want to officially document my raid against Black Templar as I was more concerned about learning the army than documenting).

One thing I will note: the sheer killiness of a Ravager is truly sick, I can’t imagine what I could have done with both on the board.

My strategy was a bit off…right now I don’t have faith in my Nightshields and I’m running everything in reserves…. although it sort of messed me up on my rolls in turn 2 (I got only 1 raider in turn 2, the rest of them came in turn 3 and I didn’t get my Ravager until turn 4) I survived pretty well.
